To become a Vital+ID® distributor —whether as an individual or a commercial establishment— you simply need to fill out the registration request form and submit it with a single click. Our sales team will then contact you to provide all the details and next steps.

Before sending us the form, it’s important to understand the minimum requirements:

• An initial purchase of a specified number of Vital+ID® packages (to be agreed upon) is required to access wholesale pricing. Subsequent purchases must be of a sufficient volume to maintain distributor status.
• The distributor must have the necessary infrastructure and commercial expertise to store and sell Vital+ID® products.
• Commercial terms for Vital+ID® are set individually for each case.
